Sketchbook doodles in paint

My sketchbook is mostly filled with rough drafts and scratchy pencil drawings, these days I much prefer paint to pencil. These are a couple of recent paint sketches, feeling spooky!

Pink nudes and blue skulls

I went along to a life drawing club last week, did these little paintings based on my sketches. I hadn't done any life drawing in YEARS, it was really nice to get back into it.

Then I felt like painting/drawing more nudes so I did Botticelli's Venus. It's hard to see but she's saying "chuck us a towel would ya?". Haw haw.

Skull lols.

Fan art

There's an episode of Seinfield where George tries to combine his favourite activities, eating food and having sex. I have recently discovered the joys of sketching while watching tv.

Done while watching 60s Star Trek, it has the best colour palettes and sets and lighting. A feast for the eyeballs. In this episode Kirk teaches an alien girl about beauty and love.

"You're beautiful"
"What is...'beautiful'?"
haw haw haw

To be read in your best Dobby voice.
